Free day to walk around the beautiful city of Cusco. Some must-see sites that we recommend: the archeological park of Sacsayhuaman (Sacsayhuaman, Kenko, Puka Pukara and Tambomachay), San Pedro market, the Cathedral at the Plaza de Armas; MAP (Museum of PreColombian Art); Qoricancha - The Temple of the Sun; and the quaint neighborhood of San Blas. Optional: Visit and lunch in a social project in Cusco. In the evening we go on a cultural and alternative walking tour. Strolling under the stars through the historic center of the city, we discover a less-known side of Cusco: myths, legends, tales, ghosts and saints. A unique experience to see the true Cusco, iconic city of Peru. Night at the hotel.
At dawn we embark on a dream. We take the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu and enter the "lost city." For the more adventurous there is the possibility to hike to the summit of Wayna Picchu. In the afternoon we take the train back to Ollantaytambo or Poroy, and then the bus to make our way back to Cusco. Night at the hotel.
Free day, ideal to walk around Cusco or visit the town of Pisac, its ruins and market. Night at the hotel.
After breakfast, at 07:30 we go to the port to embark on a boat for a tour on Lake Titicaca, the world's highest navigable lake. We'll visit the floating islands of the Uros located north of the Puno bay, followed by a stop at Taquile, the lake's largest island. We disembark on the north part of the island and from there we make our way to Huayllano. The families of Huayllano lead us in our discovery of the uses, customs and ancient traditions of the island. A native family will host us and, as their guests, we are invited to wear their typical attire and live like a member of the community for one night. Dinner and night stay with our host family.
After breakfast we explore the bay, the beach and a few archeological sites. Walk to the village of Taquile where we enjoy lunch, and then descend to the port to get back to Puno with an estimated arrival at 18:00. Night in Puno.
Free day. We recommend various activities: flight in small plane over the Nazca lines (must be reserved at least 10 days in advance); visiting the watchtower on the Panamericana highway from where you can see some figures; visiting the Cantalloc aqueduct located 2km from Nazca, or the Cahuachi archeological site located 30km away. In the afternoon we take the bus from Ica. Night at hotel in Huacachina.
We recommend waking up early and going to the port in Paracas to board a boat that takes you to the Ballesta Islands. In this natural environment we observe amazing landscapes and animals in their natural habitat. In the afternoon we take the bus to Lima. Pick-up from the station and transfer to hotel.

City to city transfers in comfortable touristic buses: restroom on board, heating, air conditioning, reclining seats. Private tours: Myths and legends, private car through the Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca. In Arequipa, the hotel check-out time is 11:00. Luggage can be left in the hotel storage. (To keep the room for the rest of the day there is an extra charge of $30.00 per person). Machu Picchu: Passengers must take to Aguas Calientes luggage for only two days and one night. Due to train restrictions, please only take a backpack or carry-on size luggage that weighs no more than 5kg. The rest of your luggage should be left in storage at the hotel in Cusco or Urubamba. From the moment of arrival in Peru, the passenger is responsible for any additional costs caused by a variation in the program (net cost plus agency rights).
